Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Policy

All Rooted Joy apparel and accessories are created on demand through our trusted print-on-demand partners. Because each item is custom-made specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds due to:

  • Wrong size selected

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address entered by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Although we do not accept returns, we will gladly replace an item at no cost if:

  • It arrives damaged

  • It arrives with a printing defect

  • You receive the wrong item

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the defect

  • Photo of the packaging if damaged

If approved, a replacement will be sent to the same address used for the original order.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not able to refund or replace orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
For missing packages, please check with:

  • Neighbors

  • Household members

  • Local post office

  • Mail room or concierge

We will assist where possible, but Rooted Joy cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
If an order is returned to the print provider due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, customers must place a new order.
