1. How long does it take to process my order?

All Rooted Joy items are made-to-order.
Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for production before your order ships.
During peak seasons, production times may extend by 1–3 days.

2. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Because all items are custom-made, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once submitted.
Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

SHIPPING

3. What are your shipping rates?

Shipping is FREE!

4. How long does shipping take?

USA Orders: Approximately 5–7 business days after production
International Orders: Approximately 2–4 weeks after production (customs delays may occur)

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

6. My package says “delivered,” but I don’t see it. What should I do?

Please check:
✔ Your mailbox & door areas
✔ With neighbors
✔ With household members
✔ Your local post office

If still missing, email us at support@rootedjoykids.com, and we’ll assist where possible.
Packages marked “delivered” cannot be refunded or replaced.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. All sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credits.

8. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it at no cost.

9. What types of products do you offer?

Rooted Joy offers:

All designs are scripture-inspired and rooted in Colossians 2:7.

10. Do you restock items?

Because all products are made-to-order, items do not “sell out.”
Designs that are part of special/seasonal collections may be removed after the season ends.

11. Are your products safe for infants and toddlers?

Yes! We use high-quality print providers that use safe ink and materials suitable for children.

SIZING & CARE

12. Do your clothes run true to size?

Most items fit true to size.
We recommend reviewing our size chart on each product page for the best fit.

13. How should I care for the clothing?

For best results:

  • Turn garment inside out

  • Machine wash cold

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry

  • Do not iron directly over the design

PAYMENTS

14. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods supported through Squarespace.

In addition, we offer payment options through Klarna, Affirm, PayPal Later, and more.

 

15. Are my payment details secure?

Yes. Payments are encrypted and processed through trusted third-party processors.
We do not store your full card information.
